Clear Outex Housing – Waterproof Covers for Cameras

Transparent waterproof housing that’s travel-friendly, modular, affordable, and maintains access to all your camera and len’s controls.

GoPro’s and smartphone cameras are great, but they can only do so much compared to professional cameras. We wanted an affordable, lightweight, travel friendly solution that could turn any digital camera into a go-anywhere, do-anything beast.

One of the biggest challenges I see these days are new photographers who have no idea how to use f-stops. In fact; so many of them don’t have a clue about exposure. They seem to think that you underexpose your images and then fix it later in photo manipulation software.

I’d seen images of people using the Spider Pro holster and I couldn’t help but wonder how they were willing to do that. When the opportunity came up to try one I jumped at it. So should you!

I’m sure this post is likely to piss off a few people, but it needs to be said. Or at least I think it does. I’m seeing a lot of people posting about how they’re reading this photography book, or watching that photography video etc. etc. etc.

Then they want to know how to book weddings and magazines and ad campaigns with all of like two months to a year shooting.

What So Many Models Do Wrong Pt. 1

There are so many things that I see as I deal with various “Models” on the internet, and so much of it is just well straight WRONG! And some of it is ridiculously wrong. I just wanted to take a moment and write about some of the more obvious things I see, and these include things that I hear about from my casting director  over at High Speed Magazine; Tia Thompson.
